INSANITY

Thanks to Shaun T's brutal workout program called INSANITY I was able to transform my body in just 3.5 months.  This cardio-based program is 60 days but because my knees were giving me problems, I had to take some time off between Phase 1 and 2 to do other physical activities to keep from injuring myself any further.  When doing really intense workouts like this it is essential to listen to your body!!  So while I was taking a break from Insanity I kept on doing other intense workouts that would not be so hard on my knees, including random workouts from P90X, TurboFire, RevAbs and anything we did at our Wednesday fit club.  Of course I modified moves accordingly so as to allow my knees the opportunity to heal as much as possible before getting into Phase 2.  No matter what I did I was sure to get my daily sweat on and most importantly, to eat right!  If it weren't for my clean nutrition including SHAKEOLOGY I wouldn't have gotten such great results.  Truth be told!

My measurements are as follows : :
Weight : : 132 lbs -- 120 lbs
Waist : : 31 in -- 28 in
Hips : : 34.5 in -- 34 in
Chest : : 32 in -- 30 in
Right arm : : 12 in -- 11.2 in
Left arm : : 12 in -- 11 in
Right thigh : : 23 in -- 21.8 in
Left thigh : : 23 in -- 21.8 in
Right calf : : 14.5 in -- 14.4 in
Left calf : : 14.9 in -- 14.6 in
Body fat % : : 24% -- 18.4%

I lost a total of about 12 lbs, 10.1 inches and 5.6% body fat!!
