Beginning the Ultimate Reset

I decided to start my Ultimate Reset journey on July 4th just because it's recommended to start on a Wednesday.  Since I was relaxing on a boat this weekend, I thought I might as well blog about this in a video for you all.  I'm not very good at being recorded in front of a camera (haha) so please don't judge me.  In either case, watch this and follow me as I try out Beachbody's latest cleanse!

Recap of July 4th

I spent a couple hours out with some ladies and gentlemen (not pictured) at the bay.
We are Eurasians and Bolivians, but we are also proud to be Americans.

I had such a great time hanging out in the sun.  I hung out on the water float, jet skiied and chugged on my distilled water.  It was my first day doing the ULTIMATE RESET and holiday or not, I wasn't going to detract from my goals of fully cleansing myself.

Later in the evening, I was lucky enough to watch 4 firework shows from different angles on a rooftop tonight.  Here is a collection of some of the pretty stars I caught mid-explosion.

I hope you all are happy to have the day off! In spirit of the Holiday, remember what we are celebrating and be THANKFUL for our nation's INDEPENDENCE and for our rights to be free.  Embrace this FREEDOM and respect it.  Love yourself, love your nation, and learn to love each other.  We are a proud country!

Embrace The Moment

During Summit my phone died so I had to get a new one.  I decided to get the latest iPhone so I guess that makes me part of the Apple family now!  One thing I did with my HTC that I will continue to do with my iPhone is to constantly refresh my phone's wallpaper and images with things that keep me focused, motivated and thinking positively.  This is my current lock screen and home screen. =))

As you can see these are my reminders to be mindful and appreciative. Try not to take things for granted because you are luckier than you know!!  And yes, I know I am completely overwhelmed with emails haha!
