Don't Be Afraid

Don't be afraid to challenge yourself, to push yourself to your limits.  

Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, to expand your unlimited capabilities.  

Don't be afraid to say you CAN and you WILL, to prove to the world and to YOURSELF that anything is possible.  

Don't be afraid to do like Muhammed and believe in yourself even when no one else does.
