Turn that frown upside down!

There are mornings when I just don't want to get out of bed.
There are days when I receive terrible news, just one after the other.
There are nights when I feel so heavy from a full day's worth of accumulated stress.
But this is natural, and this is life.

When we run into hard times, challenges and tragic moments just know that it is okay to feel the way you do.  We all have emotions and it is healthy to express those very emotions so long as you're in control.  Don't let these feelings take over your day, and don't let these feelings draw out for too long.

If you feel like you're having a bad day and want to skip your workout then maybe you should reconsider.

I'll tell you from personal experience that every time I workout the rush of adrenaline and endorphins get me on a natural high and every problem of mine seems much smaller than before.  Brick walls don't seem like dead ends anymore.  Solutions start appearing left and right.

You may find that whatever angered you during the day will help you push that much harder during your workout.  Your workout may even seem shorter than usual because you are so focused on sweating it out.  And trust me, you will sweat out a lot of negative energy.

Follow your intense workout with a nice warm shower, and you will find yourself much more able to handle everything on your plate.  Take the time to breathe, to sweat, to relax and to refocus.  You will be amazed at the strength you have gained mentally and physically, and you will truly believe that everything will be alright.

Message of the day :: Just sweat it out!
