During Summit my phone died so I had to get a new one. I decided to get the latest iPhone so I guess that makes me part of the Apple family now! One thing I did with my HTC that I will continue to do with my iPhone is to constantly refresh my phone's wallpaper and images with things that keep me focused, motivated and thinking positively. This is my current lock screen and home screen. =))
As you can see these are my reminders to be mindful and appreciative. Try not to take things for granted because you are luckier than you know!! And yes, I know I am completely overwhelmed with emails haha!
